Return Policy

At Our Little Souls, we want you to love your t-shirts! Since our products are custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, our return options are limited—but we’ve got you covered for anything that’s our fault. Here’s how it works:

1. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns or offer replacements in these cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your t-shirt arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained) or has a manufacturing error (e.g., blurry print, wrong design).

  • Wrong Item: If you get something totally different from what you ordered (e.g., a hoodie instead of a tee).

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Change of Mind: Since each t-shirt is printed just for you, we don’t offer returns if you picked the wrong size, color, or just don’t like it anymore. Double-check your order before hitting “buy”!

2. Timeframe

You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to let us know about a problem. After that, we can’t process returns or replacements—our hands are tied by Printify’s policy.

3. How to Request a Return

If something’s wrong:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@ourlittlesouls.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

    • Your order number (from your confirmation email).

    • A clear photo showing the issue (e.g., the defect or damage).

    • If multiple items with the same design are affected, send one photo or video showing all of them together.

  2. We’ll Review: We’ll check with Printify to confirm the issue. No need to ship anything back—we just need the pics!

  3. Resolution: If approved, we’ll sort it out (see below).

4. What You’ll Get

  • Defective or Damaged: We’ll work with Printify to offer a free replacement (including shipping) or a refund to your original payment method. Your call!

  • Wrong Item: We’ll send the right one at no extra cost. If it’s out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.
    Refunds might take a few days to process, depending on your bank or card. We’ll let you know once it’s on its way.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Our Fault: If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we (via Printify) cover replacement shipping—zero cost to you.

  • Your Fault: We don’t offer return shipping for buyer’s remorse, since Printify doesn’t support those returns.

6. Lost or Late Orders

If your package goes missing or never arrives:

  • Contact us at support@ourlittlesouls.com ASAP with your order number.

  • We’ll check with Printify and their shipping carriers. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you—no hassle.
